Cloud Service Level definition

Cloud Service Level means the standard with which the provision of the Cloud Services must meet or exceed as set out in this Agreement, as found in the AVEVA Cloud Service Level Commitment, found on xxx.xxxxx.xxx;
Cloud Service Level means 24 hours a day, from Monday 0.00 EET to Friday 23.59 WET, for Cloud Service provided from the European Union Area and from Monday 0.00 ET to Friday 23.59 PT, for Cloud Service provided from the North American Area.

  • Genesys reserves the right to make changes to the Cloud Service Level Agreement and/or security terms for the Cloud Services during the Subscription Term.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.
