Hosted Solution definition

Hosted Solution means a Host Web Site, Network, Software, Third Party Software and Hosting Services provided, collectively, by Service Provider under this Agreement.

Hosted Solution means a market data delivery vehicle (such as a website) that displays OPRA data (either current or delayed data) only on a “per inquiry” basis, is sponsored by a third-party (External) organization (referred to as a “Client Organization”), is subject to the administrative control of an OPRA Vendor, and clearly and prominently identifies the administering OPRA Vendor.

Hosted Solution means any Solution for which eSimpleIT is providing hosting.

Examples of Hosted Solution in a sentence

• The Hosted Solution will be available for the Customer to connect to and use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

• Provider will use all reasonable efforts to minimize Customer downtime and schedule Maintenance outside of Customer’s normal business operating hours at the location from which the Hosted Solution will primarily be accessed, with such periods not commonly occurring more than once a month or for longer than 4 hours.

• For Major updates that affect the look, feel or function of the Hosted Solution, and/or Customer’s use thereof, Provider will implement after Customer has been notified and provided with documentation (Release Notes) and will allow for a reasonable period of time to transition and/or review.

• For example, if the Hosted Solution is Unavailable for 25 minutes, Customer would be eligible for a Service Credit for 1 day’s extension to the subscription period.

• The following terms and conditions apply for the provision of the Hosted Solution and the Services.

More Definitions of Hosted Solution

Hosted Solution means the software-as-a-service offering provided by EDULOG to Customer as described in the Order Form.

Hosted Solution shall also refer to the Hosted Service as defined in the applicable Agreement.

Hosted Solution means the collective offering of the Hosted Services and the associated Client Software.

Hosted Solution means the Cloud Software, software, hardware, Third Party Products and/or their combination hosted primarily by Distributor in the Territory for the purpose of providing Cloud Services.

Hosted Solution means a software solution, including DXP, that is hosted by Consultant for USCC.

Hosted Solution means a version of the Software to which you are granted access that is installed on or accessed from a JCurve owned or controlled computer system via the Internet. “GST” has the meaning given in section 195-1 of the A New Tax System (Software and Services Tax) Xxx 0000.

Hosted Solution means that the Respondent provides software that is installed in one or more external facilities, and not on the Requester’s premises.
