Cluster Study Report definition

Cluster Study Report means the report issued following completion of a Cluster Study pursuant to Section 7 of this LGIP.

Cluster Study Report. Meeting shall mean the meeting held to discuss the results of a Cluster Study pursuant to Section 7 of this LGIP. Clustering shall mean the process whereby one or more a group of Interconnection Requests areis studied together instead of serially, as described in Sections 4.2.3, 4.2.4, and 7 of this LGIP for the purpose of conducting the Interconnection System Impact Study and Interconnection Facilities Study and for the purpose of determining cost responsibility for upgrades identified through the Clustering provisions. Commercial Operation shall mean the status of a Generating Facility that has commenced generating electricity for sale, excluding electricity generated during Trial Operation. Commercial Operation Date of a unit shall mean the date on which the Generating Facility commences Commercial Operation as agreed to by the Parties pursuant to Appendix E to the Standard Large Generator Interconnection Agreement.

Examples of Cluster Study Report in a sentence

  • Cluster Study Report Meeting shall mean the meeting held to discuss the results of a Cluster Study pursuant to Sections 6.6 and 7.5 of this LGIP.

  • In the event that Transmission Provider determines that a requested Point of Interconnection is not feasible or may need to be relocated, Transmission Provider will make reasonable efforts to consult with the impacted Interconnection Customer, so long as these meetings will not delay the issuance of the Phase One Cluster Study Report.

  • Cluster Study Report shall mean the report issued following completion of a Cluster Study pursuant to Sections 6.6 and 7.5 of this LGIP.

Cluster Study Report means the report issued following completion of the Phase 2 Study pursuant to Section 40.11.7 to this Attachment HH. Clustering shall mean the process whereby the impact to the New York State Transmission System of a group of Affected System Interconnection Customers which projects are interconnecting to another region are studied together, instead of serially, for the purpose of conducting the Affected System Study. Commercial Operation shall mean the status of a Facility that has commenced generating or transmitting electricity for sale, excluding electricity generated or transmitted during Trial Operation. Commercial Operation Date of a Facility shall mean the date on which the Facility commences Commercial Operation, notice of which must be provided by the Interconnection Customer to the ISO and Connecting Transmission Owner in the form provided in Appendix E-2 to the Standard Interconnection Agreement. Commercial Operation Incentive Payment Amount shall mean the amount a Payment Eligible Project is eligible to receive from the Withdrawal Penalty Fund collected for a particular Cluster Study Process if it enters Commercial Operation pursuant to Section 40.6.5.2.5. Related to Cluster Study Report

  • Phase I Clinical Trial means a human clinical trial that is intended to initially evaluate the safety and/or pharmacological effect of a Product in subjects or that would otherwise satisfy requirements of 21 C.F.R. 312.21(a), or its foreign equivalent.

  • Subject of a Clinical Trial means the health care service, item, or drug that is being evaluated in the Approved Clinical Trial and that is not a Routine Patient Cost.
