Collaborative Research Plan definition

Collaborative Research Plan means the plan described in the Application for Collaborative Research Agreement for the GCOM (“Application”).
Collaborative Research Plan means the plan described in the Attachment of the Application Form for the 3rd Research Announcement on the Earth Observations Collaborative Research Agreement (Non-Funded) ("Application Form").
Collaborative Research Plan means the plan described in Attachment A of the Application Form.

More Definitions of Collaborative Research Plan

Collaborative Research Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1, as further detailed in Exhibit 3.1.
Collaborative Research Plan means the Research Plan describing the research collaboration to be carried out pursuant this Agreement, which is attached hereto as Schedule 2.2, including all amendments thereto.

Related to Collaborative Research Plan

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Research Program Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Collaborative matter means a dispute, transaction, claim, problem, or issue for resolution, including a dispute, claim, or issue in a proceeding, that is described in a collaborative law participation agreement and arises under the family or domestic relations law of this state, including any of the following:

  • Collaboration IP means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patents.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Development Activities means those activities which are normally undertaken for the development, construction, repair, renovation, rehabilitation or conversion of buildings for residential purposes, including the acquisition of property;
