Committed Firm Shipper definition

Committed Firm Shipper means a Committed Shipper that has contracted to pay a Committed Firm Service Rate for service that is not subject to apportionment pursuant to Item No. 15(c)(2).
Committed Firm Shipper means a Shipper that has an effective TSA with both Medallion Midland and Medallion Pipeline pursuant to the Joint Tariff.
Committed Firm Shipper means a Shipper that has committed to transporting, or paying for the transportation of, certain minimum volumes of Crude Petroleum for a minimum term of years at the rates set forth in the Rates Tariff, each pursuant to the terms of a TSA.

Examples of Committed Firm Shipper in a sentence

  • The shipment history for each Committed Firm Shipper during each month of the Base Period shall be calculated as the greater of (i) Deliveries, or (ii) Committed Volume or Shipper MDQ, as applicable.

  • A Committed Firm Shipper shall have Regular Shipper status for its Nominations in excess of Exempt Volumes, if any.

  • Otherwise, any Make-Up Volumes above the TSA Committed Capacity as well as Committed Firm Shipper volumes in excess of Committed Volumes (other than the Make-Up Volumes) (collectively, “Committed Firm Shipper’s Excess Volumes”), shall be treated as volumes nominated by a Regular Shipper, as described in Rule 31(d) below.

  • A Committed Firm Shipper shall have Regular Shipper status for its Nominations in excess of Exempt Volumes [N] , if any.

  • A Committed Firm Shipper shall have Regular Shipper status for its Nominations in excess of Exempt Volumes.

Related to Committed Firm Shipper

  • Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has contracted for transporting a Committed Volume or otherwise paying the applicable Shortfall Payment, pursuant to the terms of a TSA executed by the Shipper during the open commitment periods that commenced on October 3, 2011, January 4, 2012, and December 21, 2018.

  • Uncommitted Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Committed Shipper.

  • New Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper.

  • Exit Point means a border control post or any other place designated by a Member State where animals, falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005, leave the customs territory of the Union;

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Design-Build Firm means a partnership, corporation or other legal entity that:

  • Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Participating manufacturer means that term as defined in the master settlement agreement.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per million.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.

  • ro-ro passenger ship means a passenger ship with ro-ro spaces or special category spaces as defined in regulation II-2/3.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Wireline backhaul facility means a facility used to transport services by wire or fiber-optic cable from a wireless facility to a network.

  • Palletized unit load means a MIL-STD-129 defined quantity of items, packed or unpacked, arranged on a pallet in a specified manner and secured, strapped, or fastened on the pallet so that the whole palletized load is handled as a single unit. A palletized or skidded load is not considered to be a shipping container. A loaded 463L System pallet is not considered to be a palletized unit load. Refer to the Defense Transportation Regulation, DoD 4500.9-R, Part II, Chapter 203, for marking of 463L System pallets.

  • Self Supply LSE means a Load Serving Entity in one or more Mitigated Capacity Zones that operates under a long-standing business model to meet more than fifty percent of its Load obligations through its own generation and that is (i) a municipally owned electric system that was created by an act of one or more local governments pursuant to the laws of the State of New York to own or control distribution facilities and/or provide electric service, (ii) a cooperatively owned electric system that was created by an act of one or more local governments pursuant to the laws of State of New York or otherwise created pursuant to the Rural Electric Cooperative Law of New York to own or control distribution facilities and/or provide electric service, (iii) a “Single Customer Entity,” or (iv) a “Vertically Integrated Utility.” A Self Supply LSE cannot be an entity that is a public authority or corporate municipal instrumentality created by the State of New York (including a subsidiary of such an authority or instrumentality) that owns or operates generation or transmission and that is authorized to produce, transmit or distribute electricity for the benefit of the public unless it meets the criteria provided in section (i), (ii), or (iii) of this definition. For purposes of this definition only: “Vertically Integrated Utility” means a utility that owns generation, includes such generation in a non-bypassable charge in its regulated rates, earns a regulated return on its investment in such generation, and that as of the date of its request for a Self Supply Exemption, has not divested more than seventy-five percent of its generation assets owned on May 20, 1996; and “Single Customer Entity” means an LSE that serves at retail only customers that are under common control with such LSE, where such control means holding 51% or more of the voting securities or voting interests of the LSE and all its retail customers.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Designated facility means (a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility which :

  • Shipper means the party who contracts with Carrier for the transportation of Crude Petroleum under the terms of this tariff.

  • CFPC means the College of Family Physicians of Canada.

  • Secondary dose monitoring system means a system which will terminate irradiation in the event of failure of the primary dose monitoring system.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.
