Company Hardware definition

Company Hardware means equipment and other hardware distributed under Company’s brand that is purchased or rented by Client from Company and identified as Company Hardware in an Order Form. Hardware that is not identified as Company Hardware in the Order Form is Third Party Hardware.
Company Hardware has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(e).
Company Hardware means all hardware, equipment, physical assets and other tangible items that are used by or on behalf of the Company and/or any ScottishPower Group Company in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement (including the items identified in paragraph 4.3 of the Core Services Description), but which shall exclude the Transferring Hardware;

Examples of Company Hardware in a sentence

  • The Subscriber shall be solely responsible to ensure compatibility of the Incidental Accessories and services with the Company Hardware.

  • Company Hardware has been provided to Subscriber through an entrustment scheme, to facilitate the Subscriber to avail the Services of the Company during the validity of the Contract.

  • Company Hardware is the property of the Company and is under the full, legal and perpetual ownership and effective control of the Company.

  • The Subscriber shall ensure that the Incidental Accessories and services meet the system requirements of the Company Hardware.

  • Such verification by passcode shall be considered as an acceptance by the Subscriber of the CAF and this Contract and it shall be deemed that the Subscriber has accepted delivery of the Company Hardware.

  • The Service and the Company Hardware is provided by the Company to the Subscriber only for personal and non-commercial use and viewing in India.

  • By subscribing to and activating the Company services or possessing the Company Hardware, the Subscriber(s) grants the Company (or its subcontracts or business associates) the permission to contact the Subscriber(s) through Call, SMS, Social Media, Mobile Applications or any other means for any reasons (including for reasons connected to the service or otherwise).


More Definitions of Company Hardware

Company Hardware means any Hardware manufactured or assembled by the Company as finished goods under the “Mutualink” original manufacturing name, along with any accessories which may be bundled as part thereof, such as, but not limited to, spares, batteries, cables, harnesses and connectors.
Company Hardware means any proprietary, or proprietary designs for or proprietary aspects of, computer or communications hardware, equipment and peripherals including transreceivers, routers, modems, semiconductor chips and antennas, that are owned by the Company or its Subsidiaries.

  • Company Software means Software owned or purported to be owned by or developed by or for the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Third Party Hardware means the third party hardware, if any, identified in the Investment Summary.

  • Open Source Software means software or similar subject matter that is distributed under an open source license such as (by way of example only) the GNU General Public License, GNU Lesser General Public License, Apache License, Mozilla Public License, BSD License, MIT License, Common Public License, any derivative of any of the foregoing licenses, or any other license approved as an open source license by the Open Source Initiative or as a free software license by the Free Software Foundation.

  • Software means any and all computer programs, including any and all software implementations of algorithms, models and methodologies, whether in source code or object code; databases and compilations, including any and all data and collections of data, whether machine readable or otherwise; descriptions, flow-charts and other work product used to design, plan, organize and develop any of the foregoing, screens, user interfaces, report formats, firmware, development tools, templates, menus, buttons and icons; and all documentation including user manuals and other training documentation related to any of the foregoing.

  • Embedded Software means one or more software applications which permanently reside on a computing device.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.
