Company Hardware definition

Company Hardware means equipment and other hardware distributed under Company’s brand that is purchased or rented by Client from Company and identified as Company Hardware in an Order Form. Hardware that is not identified as Company Hardware in the Order Form is Third Party Hardware.
Company Hardware means all hardware, equipment, physical assets and other tangible items that are used by or on behalf of the Company and/or any ScottishPower Group Company in connection with the subject matter of this Agreement (including the items identified in paragraph 4.3 of the Core Services Description), but which shall exclude the Transferring Hardware;
Company Hardware has the meaning set forth in Section 3.13(e).

Examples of Company Hardware in a sentence

  • By subscribing to and activating the Company services or possessing the Company Hardware, the Subscriber(s) grants the Company (or its subcontracts or business associates) the permission to contact the Subscriber(s) through Call, SMS, Social Media, Mobile Applications or any other means for any reasons (including for reasons connected to the service or otherwise).

  • As the Company Hardware has been provided through a entrustment scheme, it cannot be construed that any rights in the Company Hardware or otherwise of whatsoever nature has been transferred to Subscriber by the Company and the Company shall continue to be the sole and exclusive owner of the Company Hardware.

  • The Company specifically disclaims any statements indicating that the Company Hardware shall be without any fault or damage, including faults or damages resulting from exposure to adverse environmental conditions, including excessive moisture and excessive temperatures or damage to the Company Hardware on account of Force Majeure.

  • Consequently, the Subscriber is prohibited from using the Services and/or the Company Hardware for commercials purposes or for any other purpose not contemplated under this Contract such as sale of access to the Service or sale of the Company Hardware.

  • The Company hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the Service or the Company Hardware.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Company reserves the right to repossess the Company Hardware and/or claim damages from Subscriber if the Company Hardware is (i) stolen or lost (ii) damaged or (iii) used unauthorized (iv) not returned by the Subscriber upon cancellation, deactivation or completion of the Term or at the instruction of the Company.

  • Piracy is a criminal offence under law and reproduction, distribution, publication, copying, downloading or exploitation of any Company Hardware or the content transmitted through the Company Hardware is strictly discouraged by the Company.

  • Company has the right to immediately deactivate, cancel and terminate the Service and/or this Contract and/or repossess the Company Hardware including any connected devices, information or documents.

  • To use the Company Hardware, the Subscriber will need compatible Incidental Accessories such as television sets and/or services of third party for Installation (for example, technician or electrician).

  • Subscriber undertakes to return the Company Hardware immediately on temporary suspension of service or disconnection for any reason.


More Definitions of Company Hardware

Company Hardware means any computer or other equipment or device that is proprietary to Company and provided to Customer hereunder.
Company Hardware means any proprietary, or proprietary designs for or proprietary aspects of, computer or communications hardware, equipment and peripherals including transreceivers, routers, modems, semiconductor chips and antennas, that are owned by the Company or its Subsidiaries.
Company Hardware means any hardware products sold or offered for sale or licensed or distributed by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company Hardware means any Hardware manufactured or assembled by the Company as finished goods under the “Mutualink” original manufacturing name, along with any accessories which may be bundled as part thereof, such as, but not limited to, spares, batteries, cables, harnesses and connectors.
Company Hardware means any hardware or other tangible products owned, developed (or currently being developed and set forth on Section 1 of the Company Disclosure Letter), marketed, distributed, licensed or sold by the Company at any time before the Closing Date.
Company Hardware means any computer hardware, equipment and peripherals of any kind, including but not limited to servers, desktop and laptop personal computers, handheld computerized devices, process control systems, connectivity devices, and telecommunications equipment.
