Compiled Data definition

Compiled Data means information that is derived from the selection, collection, or reformulation of all or some of the information from the records of more than one case or judicial proceeding.

Compiled Data means data that is derived from the selection or reformulation of specific database fields within the Department’s CMS. It is a listing of individual court records that may contain data elements as defined in Section 4.40(b). Except as otherwise provided in this policy, Compiled Data shall not contain any names of parties associated with a case. Related to Compiled Data

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • De-Identified Data means information that has all Personally Identifiable Information, including direct and indirect identifiers removed or obscured, such that the remaining information does not reasonably identify an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, name, date of birth, demographic information, location information and school identity.
