Compiled Data definition

Compiled Data means information that is derived from the selection, collection, or reformulation of all or some of the information from the records of more than one case or judicial proceeding.
Compiled Data means data that is derived from the selection or reformulation of specific database fields within the Department’s CMS. It is a listing of individual court records that may contain data elements as defined in Section 4.40(b). Except as otherwise provided in this policy, Compiled Data shall not contain any names of parties associated with a case. Compiled Data reports include all compilations of electronic court records that are public and reside in the Department’s CMS.
Compiled Data means all the data included in the Chase Database, and which is either (1) Imported Data stored without modification from its original source (which may be either Customer, DynaMark as agent for a Third Party or Third Party) or (2) data calculated or derived from Imported Data.

Compiled Data means electronic court records that have been generated by computerized searches of Trial Court case management database(s) resulting in the compilation of specific data elements.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Associated Data means that data which accompanies a Message but may not be in the Adopted Protocol; such data may include header information, protective markings, designations, Electronic Signatures, date and time of transmission and of receipt;

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;
