Completion Budget definition

Completion Budget. Completion Budget" shall mean, collectively and separately, all costs of acquiring, designing, leasing, renovating, constructing, financing, equipping, furnishing, licensing and opening the Casino pursuant to one or more budgets for the Casino as approved by the Company in accordance with its Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement (as they may from time to time be modified).
