Compliance Documents definition

Compliance Documents means the documents identified as such in the Table of Contents to this Project Agreement.
Compliance Documents means, with respect to sales of Intervals in any jurisdiction: (a) unless expressly waived by Lender in writing, an opinion letter in form and substance satisfactory to Lender from an attorney licensed in such jurisdiction addressing the compliance of Borrower's offering materials, the applicable Resort Documents, the applicable Purchase Documents, the Club Documents, and Borrower's marketing and sales practices in such jurisdiction with all Applicable Laws; (b) evidence satisfactory to Lender that the Governmental Authority having jurisdiction over the marketing and sale of Intervals in such jurisdiction has issued all required approvals of Borrower's offering materials, marketing, and sales practices; and (c) copies of Borrower's offering materials, applicable Resort Documents, applicable Purchase Documents, Club Documents, and financing documents as approved by the applicable Governmental Authority of such jurisdiction.
Compliance Documents means information, documents and completed forms relating to proof of identity and compliance with applicable money laundering legislation, as may be required by the Buyer, and that have been, where requested by the Buyer, duly certified by a third-party professional person (including, without limitation, contact details, passports, utility bills, bank statements, personal letters of reference, trust agreements or deeds, constitutional documents of companies and completed compliance questionnaires provided by the Buyer).

More Definitions of Compliance Documents

Compliance Documents means documents consisting of governmental reporting documents or forms, including without limitation Forms 1099-MISC, 1099-INT, 1099-K, 1099-G, 1099-DIV, 1099-R, 5498, W-9 or any other documents that Payor may upload to its Account in connection with using KyckGlobal’s Digital Document Storage Service.
Compliance Documents means the forms specified in Appendix D of the Code and includes certificates from Empanelled Energy Auditors (Building) to conform compliance with these rules.
Compliance Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 19.4(c) of this Agreement.

Related to Compliance Documents

  • Governance Documents means any articles of incorporation, corporate by-laws, limited liability company operating agreement, shareholder agreements, membership and partnership agreements and other similar organizational documents of a Person, together with any applicable charters, codes of conduct, governance guidelines and other similar documents setting forth policies and practices relating to the management and governance of such Person.

  • Reference Documents means the documents provided with and so designated in the RFP. The Reference Documents, including Plans contained therein and/or so designated, are not Contract Documents and were provided to the Design-Builder for informational purposes only and are relied upon at the Design-Builder’s own risk.

  • Finance Documents means these Terms and Conditions, the Agency Agreement and any other document designated by the Issuer and the Agent as a Finance Document.
