Consortium Bodies definition

Consortium Bodies means the bodies which are constituted in accordance with Section 6 of this PCA.

Consortium Bodies means the Governing Board, the Steering Committee, the Coordinator, the Administrative Manager, the Scientific Coordinator and its deputies, the Work Package Leaders and the Management Team.

Related to Consortium Bodies

  • Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.

  • Consortium means several entities joining forces as an umbrella entity to gain a strategic collaborative advantage by combining their expertise, capital, efforts, skills and knowledge for the purpose of executing this tender.

  • Contracting Bodies means bodies listed in paragraph VI.3 of the OJEU Notice and “Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Consortium Plan Consortium Plan means the description of the Action and the related agreed budget as first defined in the Grant Agreement and which may be updated by the General Assembly.

  • Other Contracting Bodies means all Contracting Bodies except the Authority and “Other Contracting Body” shall be construed accordingly;

  • Regulatory Bodies means those government departments and regulatory, statutory and other entities, committees, ombudsmen and bodies which, whether under statute, rules, regulations, codes of practice or otherwise, are entitled to regulate, investigate, or influence the matters dealt with in the Contract or any other affairs of the Authority and “Regulatory Body” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Entities means event and competition organisers/promoters/managers, land and track owners/managers/administrators/lessees, CAMS affiliated clubs, state and territory governments and insured listed in CAMS’ public/product/professional indemnity insurance policies and each of their related bodies corporate (including their related bodies corporate) and each of their organs and agencies, officers/president/directors/executives, employees, servants, agents, partners, providers, members, competitors, drivers, co-drivers, navigators, officials, crew members, pit crew, delegates, licence holders, representatives, commissions, committees, advisers, trustees, councils, panels, shareholders, volunteers, officials, appointees, delegated bodies and sponsors.

  • Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

  • Third Party Agreements means any Contract between or among a Party (or any member of its Group) and any other Persons (other than the Parties or any member of their respective Groups) (it being understood that to the extent that the rights and obligations of the Parties and the members of their respective Groups under any such Contracts constitute Versum Assets or Versum Liabilities, or Air Products Retained Assets or Air Products Retained Liabilities, such Contracts shall be assigned or retained pursuant to Article II).

  • Contractor Parties means a Contractor’s members, directors, officers, shareholders, partners, managers, principal officers, representatives, agents, servants, consultants, employees or any one of them or any other person or entity with whom the Contractor is in privity of oral or written contract (e.g. subcontractor) and the Contractor intends for such other person or entity to perform under the Contract in any capacity. For the purpose of this Contract, vendors of support services, not otherwise known as human service providers or educators, shall not be considered subcontractors, e.g. lawn care, unless such activity is considered part of a training, vocational or educational program.

  • Relevant Authorities means any governmental or statutory authority with the

  • Governmental Entities has the meaning ascribed to it in the Purchase Agreement.

  • contracting authorities means the State, regional or local authorities, bodies governed by public law or associations formed by one or more such authorities or one or more such bodies governed by public law;

  • Organizations means entities, and the individuals that work for them, that provide services, or seek to provide services, to individual clients through the Adviser’s relationship with the client. Examples include brokers, consultants, companies that the Adviser researches for possible investment, and companies in which the Adviser invests for client accounts.

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

  • Local authorities means every county, municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt police regulations under the constitution and laws of this state.

  • Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.

  • Consortium Agreement means this consortium agreement as well as the pre-amble and all annexes hereto;

  • the Academies means all the schools and educational institutions referred to in Article 4a and operated by the Academy Trust (and “Academy” shall mean any one of those schools or educational institutions);

  • Companies means Borrower and its Subsidiaries; and “Company” shall mean any one of them.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Related Party Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.19 herein.

  • Consortium Member means a company specified in Recital (B) as a member of the Consortium;}

  • Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.

  • Regulators means the SFC, the relevant Exchange, the relevant clearing house and any other regulators whether in Hong Kong or elsewhere
