Constituting Document definition

Constituting Document means the document which is executed by the Issuer and the Trustee, amongst others, to, amongst other things, constitute the relevant Series of Securities.
Constituting Document means, as the context requires, (i) this Indenture (with respect to the Notes) and/or (ii) the Class A-L Credit Agreement (with respect to the Class A-L Loans).

  • The Constituting Document constitutes and (where applicable) secures the Instruments by the creation of a trust deed (the “Trust Deed”) on the terms (as amended, and/or supplemented by the Constituting Document) set out in the master trust terms (the “Master Trust Terms”) signed by the Arranger for the purposes of identification and as specified in the Constituting Document.

  • Loan Document means this Agreement, each Note, each Letter of Credit Document, the Guaranty and each other document or instrument now or hereafter executed and delivered by a Loan Party in connection with, pursuant to or relating to this Agreement.
