Contracted rate appearing in the Definitions section of the Prescription Drug Rider is hereby deleted and, all references to “Contracted Rate” are replaced by “Negotiated Charge” and the following definition is added to the Definitions section of the Prescription Drug Rider: • Negotiated Charge.
