Contractor Facilities definition

Contractor Facilities means the Contractor Terminal Facilities and the Contractor Non-Terminal Facilities.

Contractor Facilities means all facilities and services required or provided by the Contractor at the Compound other than the Company Facilities and any alterations thereto in accordance with this Licence;

Contractor Facilities shall have the meaning given to it in Article 9.3.

More Definitions of Contractor Facilities

Contractor Facilities means, collectively, the Infrastructure Facilities, and all other structures, equipment and components comprising the Project other than the Owner-Furnished Equipment.

Contractor Facilities has the meaning given in Section 1.1 of the O&M Agreement.

Contractor Facilities means collectively all electric transmission facilities (including towers, poles, conductors, conduits, substations and associated land and land rights) owned by Contractor.

Contractor Facilities means the facilities and equipment produced or developed by the Contractor that are required for the due implementation of this Contract, including control center, stations and depots, as applicable.

Contractor Facilities means all property provided or owned by the Contractor, its Affiliates and Sub-contractors, for the purpose of performing the Contractor Services, including all equipment to be utilised or intended to be utilised in Production, and the delivery of SCO and Natural Gas to the respective Delivery Points, including but not limited to the FPSO, all related equipment, and, subject to Clause 7.8, the Mooring System, as further defined in Schedule D;

Contractor Facilities means all property provided or owned by the Contractor, its Affiliates and Sub-contractors, for
