Core time is the hours of the day during which the individual employee/all employees are required to be pre- sent at the workplace.
Core time and customer service hours are established consistent with the requirements and responsibilities of each work site/location.
An employee may be granted core time leave subject to the following conditions: • The employee has sufficient credit time accrued at the start of the day on which core time leave is being taken • Prior approval of the Company has been obtained • Core time leave is taken as whole core period/s.
