Core Worker definition

Core Worker as used in this Agreement shall mean an employee whose name appeared on the C/S/E active payroll for sixty (60) of the one hundred (100) days immediately before the award of the Project Work to the C/S/E and meets all standards required by applicable local, state or federal law or regulation.
Core Worker means a verifiable member of a C/S/E’s core workforce for the purpose of the DPW-PLA and this Policy if the worker’s name appears on the C/S/E’s active payroll for 60 of 100 working days immediately prior to award of the construction contract and meets all standards required by applicable local, state or federal law or regulation.

More Definitions of Core Worker

Core Worker means a Journeyman employee who satisfies both of the following criteria:
Core Worker is defined as an employee who appears on the Contractor’s active payroll for 60 of the 100 working days before award of the construction contract.
Core Worker means a member of Contractor’s/Employer’s core work force as described in section 7.1(A) of Article VII of this Agreement.
Core Worker has the meaning set forth in Article 12 of this Agreement.
