Course Packs definition

Course Packs means collections or compilations of printed materials (e.g., entries, articles) assembled by faculty or staff of the Subscriber, if the Subscriber is an educational institution, for use by students in connection with a specific course of instruction offered by the Subscriber to its students.
Course Packs is a collection or compilation of materials assembled by Authorised Users for use by students in a class for the purposes of instruction.

  • Buyer in ordinary course of business means a person that buys goods in good faith, without knowledge that the sale violates the rights of another person in the goods, and in the ordinary course from a person, other than a pawnbroker, in the business of selling goods of that kind.
