Credit Agreement Security Documents definition

Credit Agreement Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the other Security Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent for the purpose of securing any Credit Agreement Obligations.

Credit Agreement Security Documents means the Priority Credit Agreement (insofar as the same grants a Lien on the Collateral), each agreement listed in Part A of Exhibit B hereto, and any other security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, control agreements, or grants or transfers for security, now existing or entered into after the date hereof, executed and delivered by XxxxXxxxx or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Collateral in favor of the Priority Lien Agent (including any such agreements, assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust and other documents or instruments associated with any Priority Substitute Credit Facility).

Credit Agreement Security Documents has the meaning assigned to the term “Collateral Documents” in the Credit Agreement.

Examples of Credit Agreement Security Documents in a sentence

• Except as expressly provided herein or in the Credit Agreement Security Documents, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. is acting in the capacities of Administrative Agent and Credit Agreement Collateral Agent solely for the Credit Agreement Secured Parties.

• The Collateral Agent will not be responsible for determining whether any given Pari Passu Guaranteed Obligations are in fact secured pursuant to the various Credit Agreement Security Documents, it being understood that each Secured Party shall be responsible for ascertaining whether its obligations are in fact secured pursuant to the Credit Agreement Security Documents.

• The Collateral Agent will not otherwise be bound by, or be held obligated by, the provisions of any credit agreement (including the Credit Agreements), hedge agreement or other agreement governing Pari Passu Obligations (other than this Agreement and the other Credit Agreement Security Documents to which it is a party).

Credit Agreement Security Documents means the Senior Lien Security Agreement, the ABL Intercreditor Agreement, any Senior/Junior Intercreditor Agreement, the other Security Documents (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other agreement entered into in favor of the Administrative Agent for the purpose of securing any Credit Agreement Obligations.

Credit Agreement Security Documents means the Intercreditor Agreement and all security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, mortgages, deeds of trust, collateral agency agreements, control agreements or other grants or transfers for security executed and delivered by the Issuer or any Guarantor creating (or purporting to create) a Credit Agreement Lien upon collateral in favor of the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent, in each case, as amended, modified, renewed, restated or replaced, in whole or in part, from time to time, in accordance with its terms.

Credit Agreement Security Documents means this Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, each Security Instrument, and all other security agreements, pledge agreements, collateral assignments, Property Management Contract Assignments (as defined in each Credit Agreement), mortgages, collateral agency agreements, control agreements, deeds of trust or other grants or transfers for security executed and delivered by the Borrower or any other Grantor creating (or purporting to create) a Lien upon Collateral in favor of the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of any Secured Parties, in each case, as amended, modified, renewed, restated or replaced, in whole or in part, from time to time, in accordance with its terms and Section 8.1.

Credit Agreement Security Documents means any security or pledge agreement or mortgage or collateral assignment entered into by the Company or its Subsidiaries as required under the Credit Agreement with respect to the Credit Agreement Collateral.

Credit Agreement Security Documents means, collectively, the Global Security Agreement (as defined in the Credit Agreement) and each other security agreement relating to the Credit Agreement.

Credit Agreement Security Documents as defined in the recitals to ----------------------------------- this Agreement.

Credit Agreement Security Documents means, collectively, (i) the Existing Credit Agreement Security Documents and (ii) the New Credit Agreement Security Documents.
