Critical Support Personnel definition

Critical Support Personnel means those individuals identified as Critical Support Personnel in Schedule L as critical to the ongoing success of Amdocs’ delivery of the Services to AT&T and the Eligible Recipients.
Critical Support Personnel has the meaning set forth in Section 2.8(g). “Customer Information” means information concerning a customer of National Grid or any of its Affiliates including, such customer’s name, address, email address, account number, billing information, load information, and usage information.
Critical Support Personnel means those Insurdata Personnel identified in SCHEDULE A as critical to the ongoing success of Insurdata's delivery of information technology services to UICI and the Eligible Recipients.

More Definitions of Critical Support Personnel

Critical Support Personnel means those ACE Personnel identified in Schedule C as critical to the ongoing success of IBM’s delivery of information technology services to ACE and the Eligible Recipients, which ACE Personnel will become IBM Personnel in connection with this Agreement.
Critical Support Personnel means those individuals identified in Schedule M.4 as critical to the ongoing success of Supplier’s delivery of the Services to Triad and the Eligible Recipients.

Related to Critical Support Personnel

  • Support Personnel means the staffs that support the Key Personnel.

  • Specified Personnel means the personnel specified in the Contract to provide the Services.

  • Operationally critical support ’ means supplies or services designated by the Government as critical for airlift, sealift, intermodal transportation services, or logistical support that is essential to the mobilization, deployment, or sustainment of the Armed Forces in a contingency operation.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Medical support means providing health care coverage for a joint child by carrying health care coverage for the joint child or by contributing to the cost of health care coverage, public coverage, unreimbursed medical expenses, and uninsured medical expenses of the joint child.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP.   • Senior Management Personnel means personnel of the company who are members of its core management team excluding Board of Directors. Normally, this would comprise all members of management one level below the executive directors, including all functional heads.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Qualified personnel means personnel who meet the statutory or regulatory qualifications for each respective profession currently applicable in this state.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
