Immunisation Services. (1) The PHO will Provide the following Immunisation Services to Enrolled Persons: (a) immunisations that are part of the National Immunisation Programme and are set out in the National Immunisation Schedule in the New Zealand Pharmaceutical Schedule issued by PHARMAC ("National Immunisation Schedule") in accordance with the Immunisation Handbook; (b) immunisations that are not on the National Immunisation Schedule to special risk groups, in accordance with the Immunisation Handbook; and (c) the immunisation episodes scheduled for 11 year olds (year 7) and 12 year olds (year 8) if they are not provided through a school programme. (2) In addition, the PHO will: (a) Provide opportunistic immunisations that are set out in the National Immunisation Schedule to children who are Casual Users, and record the vaccination in the National Immunisation Register within two Business Days of the immunisation; (b) refer any child who is overdue for an immunisation and who has not responded to at least three contacts to an appropriate immunisation outreach service, a Well Child Service, or the local immunisation co-ordinator; (c) undertake regular audits of the provision of Immunisation Services by itself and its Contracted Providers; (d) promote immunisation using evidence-based information, and ensure its Enrolled Population is able to make informed decisions about immunisation; (e) assist with epidemic control and other situations if co-ordinated action is required; (f) ensure that a decision by parents or guardians not to immunise their children is recorded and the Health Practitioner acts in accordance with that decision; and (g) maintain at all times an effective cold chain in accordance with the requirements set out in the Ministry's National Standards for Vaccine Storage and Transportation for Immunisation Providers 2017, so as to ensure potency of all vaccines administered.

The PHO must meet the Immunisation Standards set out in the Immunisation Handbook, including standards for organisations offering vaccination services and standards for vaccinators, comply with any relevant legislation (including regulations), and report adverse events. A vaccine must be administered by a Medical Practitioner, an Authorised Vaccinator, or a registered nurse acting under the direction of a Medical Practitioner.
Immunisation Services. The HHS will maintain or improve existing immunisation coverage through ▪ national immunisation program ▪ opportunistic immunisation in health care facilities ▪ special immunisation programs; and ▪ delivery of the annual school based vaccination program. Funding for service delivery for the school based vaccination program will be provided non-recurrently by the Department according to the current funding model.
Immunisation Services. The Pharmaceutical Schedule lists immunisations provided free to eligible populations. There is a mix of universal programmes (everyone of a particular age is eligible) and targeted programmes (only people with certain conditions are eligible). The largest component is the annual influenza immunisation programme targeted at adults aged over 65 years and people with conditions that put them at risk from influenza. The most familiar component of the New Zealand Immunisation Schedule is the series of childhood immunisations to protect babies from infectious diseases like diphtheria, whooping cough, measles and polio. Immunisations are also delivered in schools to Year 7 and 8 students (see ‘Range of services’ below). Adults are also offered immunisations at ages 45 and 65 years. Other adult programmes As required 5. Targeted immunisation programme Vaccines are listed on the New Zealand Immunisation Schedule and funded by PHARMAC 6. Ministry-funded coordination of immunisation services Immunisation Coordination Service provides up-to-date, evidence-based information to assist vaccinators, non-vaccinators and the general public in their decision-making in regard to immunisation services and the immunisation of children, young people and adults. The Service establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all service providers with an interest in immunisation activity, to reduce duplication, enhance effectiveness of services and achieve the maximum benefit within allocated resources.   • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Preconstruction Services During the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall provide such design and preconstruction services as are necessary to properly advance the Project. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, during the Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall: (i) work with its Architect and any design consultants to advance the design for the Project in consultation with Client Agency, the Department and its Program Manager; (ii) obtain bids from trade subcontractors to perform the work described in the Design Development Documents and provide bid tabulations to the Department; (iii) engage in any value engineering and scoping exercises necessary to return the cost of the work to the Project Budget; (iv) engage in preconstruction activities, including identifying any long-lead items; (v) develop a GMP proposal for the Project; and (vi) enter into a GMP for the Project. Throughout the Design & Preconstruction Phase, the Design-Builder shall schedule and attend regular meetings with the Department, the Program Manager and the Architect. A list of preconstruction deliverables is set forth in Exhibit C.

Melbourne Archdiocese Catholic Schools Ltd (MACS) governs the operation of MACS schools and owns, governs and operates the School. 1.2 Parents and guardians, as the first educators of their children, enter into a partnership with the Catholic school to promote and support their child’s education. Parents and guardians must assume a responsibility for maintaining this partnership by supporting the school in the provision of education to their children within the scope of School's registration and furthering the spiritual and academic life of their children.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man-made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster declared by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services: i. Community evacuation; ii. Health and medical assistance; iii. Assessment of health and medical needs; iv. Health surveillance; v. Medical care personnel; vi. Health and medical equipment and supplies; vii. Patient evacuation; viii. In-hospital care and hospital facility status; ix. Food, drug and medical device safety; x. Worker health and safety; xi. Mental health and substance abuse; xii. Public health information; xiii. Vector control and veterinary services; and xiv. Victim identification and mortuary services.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal.   • REGULATORY ADMINISTRATION SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following regulatory administration services for each Fund and Series:  Assist the Fund in responding to SEC examination requests by providing requested documents in the possession of BNY Mellon that are on the SEC examination request list and by making employees responsible for providing services available to regulatory authorities having jurisdiction over the performance of such services as may be required or reasonably requested by such regulatory authorities;  Assist with and/or coordinate such other filings, notices and regulatory matters and other due diligence requests or requests for proposal on such terms and conditions as BNY Mellon and the applicable Fund on behalf of itself and its Series may mutually agree upon in writing from time to time; and

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Observation Services This plan covers services provided to you when you are in a hospital or other licensed health care facility solely for observation. Even though you may use a bed or stay overnight, observation services are not inpatient services. Observation services help the physician decide if you need to be admitted for care as an inpatient or if you can be discharged.
