Customer Account Data definition
Customer Account Data means personal data that relates to Customer’s relationship with Company, including the names or contact information of individuals authorized by Customer to access Customer’s account and billing information of individuals that Customer has associated with its account. Customer Account Data also includes any data Company may need to collect for the purpose of managing its relationship with Customer, identity verification, or as otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.
Customer Account Data means Personal Information that relates to Customer’s relationship with Webflow, including the names or contact information of the business point(s) of contact between Customer and Webflow, individuals, Customer billing information, and customer relationship management information.
Customer Account Data means personal data that relates to Customer’s relationship with Twilio, including the names and/or contact information of individuals authorized by Customer to access Customer’s account and billing information of individuals that Customer has associated with its account. Customer Account Data also includes any data Twilio may need to collect for the purpose of identity verification, or as part of its legal obligation to retain subscriber records.
Examples of Customer Account Data in a sentence
Webflow will process Customer Account Data as a Controller: (a) to manage the relationship with Customer; (b) to carry out Webflow’s core business operations, such as accounting and filing taxes; (c) to detect, prevent, or investigate Data Breaches, fraud, and other abuse or misuse of the Service; (d) to comply with applicable law; and (e) as otherwise permitted under Data Protection Law and in accordance with this DPA, the Agreement, and Webflow’s Privacy Policy.
The parties hereby agree that, with regard to the processing of Customer Account Data, Webflow is an independent Controller, not a joint Controller with Customer.
The Parties hereby agree that with regard to the processing of Customer Personal Information, Customer may act either as a Controller or Processor and Webflow is a Processor for all Customer Personal Information except for Customer Account Data as set forth in Section 2.2 (Webflow as a Controller of Customer Account Data).
Except with respect to Customer Account Data and Customer Usage Data, the parties acknowledge and agree that Company is a service provider for the purposes of the CCPA (to the extent it applies) and is receiving personal information from Customer in order to provide the Services pursuant to the Agreement, which constitutes a business purpose.
The parties acknowledge and agree that with respect to Customer Account Data and Customer Usage data, Company is an independent controller, not a joint controller with Customer.
More Definitions of Customer Account Data
Customer Account Data means personal data that relates to Customer’s relationship with Globacap (other than Customer Data), including (i) the names and/or contact information of individuals authorised by Customer to access Customer’s account, (ii) billing information of individuals that Customer has associated with its account, (iii) usage data including data used to identify the source and destination of any communication, any location data, activity logs or similar information relating to Customer or individuals related to the Customer, and (iv) any data Globacap collect or may need to collect for the purpose of identity verification, or as part of its legal or regulatory obligations to retain records.
Customer Account Data means personal data of individuals residing in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) that relates to a Customer’s access to the Services by authorized Customer personnel, such as the names and/or contact information of individuals authorized by Customer to access the Services and billing information of individuals that Customer has associated with its Directly accounts.
Customer Account Data means Personal Data that relates to Customer’s relationship with the Processor, including the names and/or contact information of individuals authorized by Customer to discuss account information, billing and support information or of individuals that Customer has associated with obtaining the Processor’s Services; “DPA” shall mean this Data Processing Addendum; "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR" shall mean the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data into effect from May 25, 2018; “International Organization” shall mean an organization and its subordinate bodies governed by public international law, or any other body which is set up by, or on the basis of, an agreement between two or more countries; "Member State" shall mean a country belonging to the European Union; "Personal Data shall mean any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (Data Subject); "Data Subject" shall mean an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person; "Personal Data Breach" shall mean a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss alteration, unauthorized disclosure or, or access to, Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed; "Process/Processing" shall mean any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction; "Processor" shall mean one of the entities listed under Party 1 above, who Processes Personal Data on behalf of the Controller; "Services Agreement" shall mean all Agreement(s) concluded between the Controller and the Processor setting out the terms and conditions for the provision of the Services;
