Customer Customizations definition

Customer Customizations means the customizations made to the Managed Services by Customer or at Customer’s direction. Customer Customizations do not constitute Indemnified Technology. Customer owns (or, where applicable, must ensure it has a valid license to) Customer Customizations, subject to Adobe’s underlying intellectual property in the Adobe Technology. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Adobe’s access to Customer Customizations does not preclude Adobe from independently developing (without use of Customer Customizations) or acquiring similar technology without obligation to Customer.

Examples of Customer Customizations in a sentence

  • Customer is solely responsible for all testing (security and quality) of Customer Customizations.

  • Adobe will continue to simultaneously run the Managed Services in the Production Phase while such Customer Customizations are in the Pre-Production Phase.

Related to Customer Customizations

  • Customizations means those features, functions, interfaces or other aspects of the Contractor Customized Software that have been specifically developed or customized for District. Contractor Customized Software will include any and all bug fixes and other nonmaterial revisions to Contractor Customized Software, regardless of whether District has funded such bug fixes or other revisions.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer’s information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.
