Customer acknowledges and agrees that (i) it has been granted only a license to occupy the Customer Space and use the Internet Data Centers and any equipment provided by Exodus in accordance with this Agreement, (ii) Customer has not been granted any real property interest in the Customer Space or Internet Data Centers, and (iii) Customer has no rights as a tenant or otherwise under any real property or landlord/tenant laws, regulations, or ordinances.
Customer, at its own cost and expense, will protect, maintain and keep in good order the Customer Space and any Equipment in such space.
Customer or its contractors shall be responsible for and shall properly maintain in accordance with manufacturer instructions and requirements the Customer Equipment and all personal property located in the Customer Space (“Customer Maintenance”).
