Daily Supply Charge means a charge that is charged per day of this agreement (regardless of consumption), from the date that supply commences.

Daily Supply Charge means a charge that applies for supplying electricity or gas (as applicable to you and specified in your Energy Plan Details) to your premises for each day of the billing period, regardless of how much electricity or gas you use. Related to Daily Supply Charge

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Contract feeder means a person who as an independent contractor, feeds commercial feed to animals pursuant to a contract whereby such commercial feed is supplied, furnished or otherwise provided to such person and whereby such person’s remuneration is determined all or in part by feed consumption, mortality, profits or amount or quality of product.

All commissions and concessions are subject to change without notice by us and will comply with any changes in regulatory requirements. You agree that you will not combine customer orders to reach breakpoints in commissions for any purpose whatsoever unless authorized by the Prospectus or by us in writing.
