Data Transfer Risk Assessment definition

Data Transfer Risk Assessment means a risk assessment which sets out details of the following: (a) the Customer Data that will be transferred; (b) the Restricted Country or Countries to which the Customer Data will be transferred; (c) the means by which the Supplier will ensure an appropriate level of protection and appropriate safeguards in respect of the Customer Data that will be transferred to a Restricted Country so as to ensure the Client’s compliance with Data Protection Laws.
