Declared Available Capacity definition

Declared Available Capacity means the estimated net capacity of the Plant declared [daily] by the Seller pursuant to Clause 9.4.3, which shall equal the Dependable Capacity of the Plant expressed in MW at the Interconnection Point, (based on the forecasted Hydrological Conditions) less any reductions due to Scheduled Outages, Forced Outages and Maintenance Outages.

A multi-shift basis should be used if it can be shown that this amount of usage would normally be expected for the type of facility involved.
