Delivery Phase definition

Delivery Phase means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the date of Final Acceptance of the last Set in the Fleet;

Delivery Phase means, subject to various departmental, government, parliamentary and other approvals required for the Works being achieved in the Planning Phase, the phase described in [INSERT REFERENCE EG PART, SECTION, CHAPTER] of the Brief.

More Definitions of Delivery Phase

Delivery Phase means, in respect of each Stage, the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on and including the Date of Service Readiness for that Stage.
