Demonstration Software definition

Demonstration Software means copies of the Software which are for demonstration purposes only and which contain sample data and transactions.
Demonstration Software means the commercially available Products listed in the Commercial Terms which are used internally by Reseller on the computer(s) listed in the applicable Demonstration Software order form(s) for demonstration and support purposes. Demonstration Software includes any Maintenance Releases or New Versions thereof provided by CA to Reseller under this Agreement.
Demonstration Software means software that includes SPIN 2 Volume Data and other data and is created by the Customer who licenses it to its clients (or potential clients) on a confidential basis for demonstration purposes.

  • The Demonstration Software is FIS's property and all rights are reserved.

  • Reseller shall submit to Discreet a copy of Reseller’s compact disk of the Demonstration Software for prompt review prior to release of the replicated Demonstration Software and shall make any corrections requested by Discreet.

  • The Updated Cost Study shall be prepared using the same methodology as the Cost Study and then-current cost data.

  • Demonstration Software shall be made available to Corio's sales personnel and the parties agree to cooperate to make the Commerce One demonstration database available to Corio sales personnel on an ongoing basis.

  • Reseller shall in no way alter or modify any Discreet copyright, trade name, trademark symbol or notice contained in the Demonstration Software.

  • Reseller shall provide to Discreet’s designated employee, whose name shall be notified to Reseller in writing by Discreet from time to time, quarterly reports specifying the number of Demonstration Software reproduced and distributed to End Users.

  • Discreet hereby grants Reseller a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to reproduce the demonstration version, English Language version only, of the Authorized Product (the “Demonstration Software”) provided by Discreet to Reseller for that purpose and then only in fulfillment of Reseller’s promotional activities and to distribute the Demonstration Software solely to End Users and solely in the Authorized Territory.


More Definitions of Demonstration Software

Demonstration Software means the CA Software used internally by MSP on the computer(s) listed in the applicable Demonstration Software Order Form(s) for demonstration and support purposes.
Demonstration Software means free, limited-time versions of Products, including Software, which Cipherloc may provide as the Parties mutually agree.
Demonstration Software is included within the meaning of the term Software and shall mean a version of the Software which is intended to be used for demonstration or evaluation purposes only and which may contain coded instructions which inactivate or erase the program within a specified time period or which is marked or otherwise identified as being meant for demonstration or evaluation purposes.
Demonstration Software means the commercially available Products listed in Exhibit I that are used internally by Solution Provider. Demonstration Software includes any Maintenance Releases and New Versions thereof provided by FalconStor to Solution Provider under this Agreement.
Demonstration Software. As provided in Section 4 below, FSA will purchase licenses to use the PIC Software for use by FSA customers. Subsequent to this initial purchase, SureQuest shall provide to each of the eight (8) FSA Health Care Specialists a "full use" copy of the FirstLink Software for demonstration, testing and back-up purposes. (As long as Health Care Specialists are trained, no support fees will be charged for Health Care Specialist's "full use" license.)

Related to Demonstration Software

  • Application Software means Software formulated to perform specific business or technical functions and interface with the business or technical users of the System and is identified as such in Appendix4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Application Software.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Redistribution Software means the software described in Paragraph 4 (“Use of Redistribution Software”) below.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Contractor Software means software which is proprietary to the Contractor, including software which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Supported Software means the supported software identified in the Proposal. System means the designated information technology environment in which the Software is to be used. Term means the term of this Agreement specified in clause 2.

  • Tyler Software means our proprietary software, including any integrations, custom modifications, and/or other related interfaces identified in the Investment Summary and licensed by us to you through this Agreement. • “we”, “us”, “our” and similar terms mean Xxxxx. • “you” and similar terms mean Client.

  • Operating Software means those routines, whether or not identified as Program Products, that reside in the Equipment and are required for the Equipment to perform its intended function(s), and which interface the operator, other Contractor-supplied programs, and user programs to the Equipment.

  • Business Software means with respect to a Licensor, all Software to the extent Controlled by such Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date, which Software is reasonably required as of the Effective Date for the conduct of (i) the Agriculture Business if the Licensee is AgCo, including as listed on section (i) of Schedule Q, or (ii) the Materials Science Business if the Licensee is MatCo, including as listed on section (ii) of Schedule Q, in each case (in respect of the foregoing (i) and (ii)), only if and to the extent such Licensee and its Affiliates have not been granted a license or other rights to use such Software under the Separation Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Business Software expressly excludes any and all Excluded IP.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response. (See also Electronic Bonding.)

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • Custom Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Software.

  • SAP Software means: (i) any and all software products and Cloud Services licensed to Customer under the License Agreement as specified in software order forms or Cloud Service Order Forms (or other order forms, schedules or appendices as applicable) thereto; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to the respective support agreement or warranty obligation and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Software means (a) all computer programs, including source code and object code versions, (b) all data, databases and compilations of data, whether machine readable or otherwise, and (c) all documentation, training materials and configurations related to any of the foregoing.

  • Licensed Software includes error corrections, upgrades, enhancements or new releases, and any deliverables due under a maintenance or service contract (e.g., patches, fixes, PTFs, programs, code or data conversion, or custom programming).

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • Oracle Software means any software agent, application or tool that Oracle makes available to You for download specifically for purposes of facilitating Your access to, operation of, and/or use with, the Services.

  • Hosted Software means the software owned and controlled by Vendor or Vendor’s third-party contractor that supports the Hosted Software Services.

  • Standard Software means Software identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Standard Software.

  • Seller Software means all material Software owned or licensed by the Seller or used by the Seller in the operation of the Seller’s Business.

  • Client Software means software that allows a Device to access or utilize the services or functionality provided by the Server Software.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.
