The Design Budget indicated on Appendix A represents ninety percent, (90%), of the construction budget.
Concurrently with the Schematic Design Budget Estimate, the Design-Builder shall prepare a memorandum identifying key construction concerns related to the Project.
Such memorandum shall be submitted to the Department no later than one (1) week after the submission of the Schematic Design Budget Estimate.
