Design Budget means the preliminary estimated design and construction cost developed for the Project, which is established after completion of the Preliminary Design Report and before work on the final design.

  • The Design Budget indicated on Appendix A represents ninety percent, (90%), of the construction budget.

Related to Design Budget

  • Construction Budget means the fully-budgeted costs for the acquisition and construction of a given parcel of real property (including, without limitation, the cost of acquiring such parcel of real property, reserves for construction interest and operating deficits, tenant improvements, leasing commissions, and infrastructure costs) as reasonably determined by the Parent in good faith.

  • Capital Budget has the meaning given in Section 3.11(a).
