Designated Substation definition

Designated Substation means the Grid interconnecting substation located at [Insert details of location] having [Insert input / output voltage level specified] and as designated by the SPIA for interconnection of the Project with the Grid;
Designated Substation means the Grid interconnecting substation located at [RVUN Solar Park] having [33/400 KV voltage level specified] and as designated by the RVUNL for interconnection of the Project with theGrid;“Discom(s)”:shall mean the distribution utility of the Rajasthan namely Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (JVVNL), Jodhpur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited and Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited (AVVNL) to whom generated power from Solar Power Project shall be supplied under “Flexibility in Generation and Scheduling of Thermal/ Hydro Power Stations through bundling with Renewable Energy and StoragePower” scheme of MoP.“Dispute”:shall mean any dispute or difference of any kind between RVUNL and the SPD, in connection with or arising out of this Agreement including but not limited to any issue on the interpretation and scope of the terms of this Agreement as provided in Article 16 ofthis Agreement;“Due Date”:shall have the same meaning ascribed there to in Article 10 ofthis Agreement;“Effective Date”:shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 2.1 ofthis Agreement;“Electricity Laws”:shall mean the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules and regulation made there under from time to time along with amendments thereto and replacements thereof and any other Law pertaining to electricity including regulations framed by the Appropriate Commission;“Energy Accounts”:shall mean the State energy accounts as specified in the Grid Code issued by the appropriate agency for each Month (as per their prescribed methodology), including there visions and amendments thereof or where such state energy accounts are not issued, Joint Meter Reading (JMR) will be considered; RVUNL reserves the right to choose from any ofthe above, i.e. JMR/SEA“Event of Default”:shall mean the events as defined in Article 13 of this Agreement;“Expiry Date”:shall mean the date occurring twenty-five (25) years from the Commercial Operation Date subject to that the supply of power shall be limited for a period of 25 years from the Commercial OperationDate unless extended by the Parties as per this Agreement;“Financing Agreements”:shall mean the agreements pursuant to which the SPD has got financing for the Power Project including the loan agreements, notes, indentures, security agreements, letters of credit and other documents, as may be amended, modified, or replaced from time to time, butwithout in anyway increasing the liabilities of RVUNL;
Designated Substation means the interconnecting substation located at the respective locations for interconnection of the Projectwith the grid;Delivery/Interconnection Point Delivery/Interconnection point shall be the point atwhich energy is delivered at Maharashtra STU periphery“Dispute”:shall mean any dispute or difference of any kind between Tata Power - D and the HPD, in connection with or arising out of this Agreement including but not limited to any issue on the interpretation and scope of the terms of thisAgreement as provided in ARTICLE 16 of this Agreement;“Due Date”:shall mean the Thirtieth (30th) day after a Monthly Energy Bill or a Supplementary Bill is received by Tata Power - D, if such day is not a Business day, the immediately succeeding Business Day, by which date such Monthly Energy Bill or a Supplementary Bill ispayable by Tata Power - D ;“Effective Date”:shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Clause 2.1 ofthis Agreement;“Electricity Laws”:shall mean the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules and regulation made there under from time to time along with amendments thereto and replacements thereof and any other Law pertaining to electricity including regulationsframed by the Appropriate Commission;“Energy Accounts”:Shall mean the REA/SEA, MSLDC/WRLDC final implemented schedule/MSLDC issued bills, as certified by Maharashtra SLDC/RLDC (as per their prescribed methodology), including the revisions and amendments thereof, as may be applicable following the end of each month for the energy supplied. Tata Power - D reservesthe right to choose from any of the above;“Event of Default”:shall mean the events as defined in ARTICLE 13 of thisAgreement;“Expiry Date”:shall mean the date occurring twenty-five (25) years from the Commercial Operation Date (COD); unless extended by the parties as per this agreement;“Financial Closure”:shall mean compliance with the requirements under Clause 3.1 of this Agreement;“Financing Agreements”:shall mean the Agreements pursuant to which the HPD has got financing for the power Project including the loan Agreements, notes, indentures, security Agreements, letters of credit and other documents, as may be amended, modified, or replaced from time to time, but without in anyway increasing the liabilities of Tata Power- D;Financing Parties:Shall mean the parties financing the project, pursuant tothe financing documents/agreements.
