Development Site Plan definition

Development Site Plan means the plan annexed to this Agreement as Annexure 2
Development Site Plan means the site plan required by the County as part of an application for building, sanitary, planning, or erosion prevention approval. Site plans must show all existing and proposed conditions and improvements so that staff may review the proposed development and its impacts; determine permitting requirements; and apply policies, regulations, and code requirements accordingly.
Development Site Plan means the plan in Schedule 1. Dispute means a dispute or difference between the Parties under or in relation to this Deed.

Examples of Development Site Plan in a sentence

  • An applicant may submit a Detailed Planned Unit Development Plat concurrent with the Detailed Planned Unit Development Site Plan and supporting materials.

  • The developer is encouraged to propose a road accessing Wilson Drive or Gail Court as part of any Planned Development Site Plan application; however, any new warehouse building or Light Industrial Use building application shall and must include a proposal for a new road accessing Wilson Drive or Gail Court for ingress and egress to those types of buildings.

  • If this rezoning application is approved, all conditions applicable to development of the site imposed under these PDD Standards and the Planned Development Site Plan will, unless amended in the manner provided under the ordinance, be binding upon and inure to the benefit of petitioner and subsequent owners of the site and their respective heirs, devisees, personal representatives, successors in interest or assigns.

  • If after 4 months the applicant has complied with the Town of Magnolia Springs Planning Commission’s required changes and/or additions, a new application for approval of a Planned Development Site Plan may be resubmitted.

  • The Town of Magnolia Springs Planning Commission shall not reconsider, for a period of 4 months, a Planned Development Site Plan which has been disapproved by the Town of Magnolia Springs Planning Commission.

  • These standards, as established by the Cadence Site PDD Standards, as set out below and as depicted on the Planned Development Site Plan shall be followed in connection with development taking place on the site.

  • The Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission shall not reconsider, for a period of 4 months, a Planned Development Site Plan which has been disapproved by the Baldwin County Planning and Zoning Commission.

Related to Development Site Plan

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Site Plan means a document or map that may be required by a county during a preliminary review preceding the issuance of a building permit to demonstrate that an owner's or developer's proposed development activity meets a land use requirement.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Development Area means that area to which a development plan is applicable.

  • Development Project means a project for the development of land within a project area.

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Redevelopment Project Area means an area designated by the municipality, which is not less in the aggregate than 1 1/2 acres and in respect to which the municipality has made a finding that there exist conditions which cause the area to be classified as an industrial park conservation area or a blighted area or a conservation area, or a combination of both blighted areas and conservation areas.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Project area plan means a written plan that, after its effective date, guides and controls the development within a project area.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • site development plan means a dimensioned plan drawn to scale that indicates details of the proposed land development, including the site layout, positioning of buildings and structures, property access, building designs and landscaping;

  • Redevelopment Area means the community redevelopment area described, defined or otherwise identified or referred to in the Redevelopment Plan.

  • Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Redevelopment project means a specific construction project

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.

  • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by WTL, based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalised Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by WTL. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Development Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
