Driveways & Sidewalks. Just Small Trees, LLC will attempt to minimize any damage to driveways and sidewalks, but is not responsible for repairs of driveways and/or sidewalks that settle, crack, or are otherwise damaged while services are rendered. • Lawns: Just Small Trees, LLC will attempt to minimize all disturbances to the customer's lawn, but is not responsible for any lawn repair unless it is included in the estimate or quote. • Other Plants: Just Small Trees, LLC will attempt to minimize all disturbances to the customer's surrounding plants and shrubs. Just Small Trees, LLC is not responsible for damage to surrounding plants and shrubs unless the specific plants are listed in the estimate or quote. The authorizing party agrees that Just Small Trees, LLC may prune plants and shrubs damaged in the course of rendering services at no additional cost. • Photographs: Just Small Trees, LLC is authorized to photograph the work area during operations and to use these images internally for training purposes. Before & after photographs will be provided to the authorizing party, but will not be shared in any other way without specific permission from the authorizing party. PAYMENT & FEES • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of work. Estimates and quotes over $500.00 will be split into jobs less than $500.00 each. Payment is due on the completed job before the next one begins.

The authorizing party grants Just Small Trees, LLC the right to use, publish, and reproduce media in any and all formats for any and all purposes. In addition, the authorizing party waives the right to receive payment from Just Small Trees, LLC for use of this media. (Optional) I do NOT want any media used for promotional purposes: PAYMENT & FEES • Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of work. For large jobs or ones that take place over a long period of time, Just Small Trees, LLC may ask for a percentage payment based on work completed. In these cases, Just Small Trees, LLC will indicate the terms beforehand. • Returned Check: A $25.00 fee is charged for all checks returned for insufficient funds.

  • Driveway means a vehicle access route between the carriageway of a road and a use on a parcel;

  • Sidewalk means that portion of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians.

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Landscaping means the treatment of land (other than buildings) being the site or part of the site in respect of which this planning permission is granted, for the purpose of enhancing or protecting the amenities of the site and the area in which it is situated and includes screening by fences, walls or other means of enclosure; measures to screen the refuse provision; planting of trees, hedges, shrubs or grass; formation of banks, terraces or other earth works, laying out of gardens, paved areas or courts and other amenity features.

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Common Areas or other areas under Landlord’s control which from time to time are designated by the Landlord for the parking of automobiles and other automotive vehicles while engaged in business upon the Premises (other than while being used to make deliveries to and from the Premises).

  • Common Areas is defined as all areas and facilities outside the Premises and within the exterior boundary line of the Project and interior utility raceways and installations within the Unit that are provided and designated by the Lessor from time to time for the general non-exclusive use of Lessor, Lessee and other tenants of the Project and their respective employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees, including parking areas, loading and unloading areas, trash areas, roadways, walkways, driveways and landscaped areas.

  • Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Curbside “Curb” means that portion of the right-of-way adjacent to paved or traveled roadways, including the end of a driveway, curb line or alley line. Containers will be placed as close to the roadway as practicable without interfering with or endangering the movement of vehicles or pedestrians.

  • Highways means public streets, highways, and alleys.

  • Landscape means an area, as perceived by people, whose character is the result of the action and interaction of natural and/or human factors;

  • Adjacent means either immediately contiguous to or abutting a neighboring property, lot or walkway, and excludes property, lots, or walkways across the street from, or diagonally opposite across an intersection from the subject property, lot, or walkway.

  • Passageway means a pathway that is unobstructed clear to the sky and extends from a street to one entrance of the accessory dwelling unit.

  • Drainage area means a geographic area within which stormwater, sediments, or dissolved materials drain to a particular receiving waterbody or to a particular point along a receiving waterbody.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Common Area means all areas and facilities within the Project that are not designated by Landlord for the exclusive use of Tenant or any other lessee or other occupant of the Project, including the parking areas, access and perimeter roads, pedestrian sidewalks, landscaped areas, trash enclosures, recreation areas and the like.

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Drainage means the movement of water to a place of disposal, whether by way of the natural characteristics of the ground surface or by artificial means;

  • Amenities are those areas specifically set forth in the Rules and Regulations for the Community.

  • Parking Structure means a Building, or any part thereof, principally used for the parking of motor vehicles;

  • Plumbing means plumbing as defined in Section 1(1) of the Act.
