Educational Employee definition

Educational Employee means any certificated employee when used hereinafter in this Agreement and shall refer to all employees represented by the Association in the bargaining unit as defined above.

For the purposes of this Act, part-time academic employees of community colleges shall be defined as those employees who provide less than 3 credit hours of instruction per academic semester.
