EEA Data definition

EEA Data means eBay Data collected from data subjects when they are located in the EEA.
EEA Data means any Customer Data originating from the European Economic Area.
EEA Data means any Personal Data that are or have been Processed by or on behalf of a Munich Re Group Member within the EEA in its role as Data Controller and thereby are or have been subject to the GDPR.

  • Where EEA Data Subject Personal Data originates from an EEA Data Exporter, the competent jurisdiction shall be the place of establishment of the first EEA Data Exporter.

  • If the Participant is based in the EEA+, Data will be transferred from the EEA+ to the Company based on the binding corporate rules.

  • Where your information is being processed outside of the UK or the EEA, we take additional steps to ensure that your information is protected to at least an equivalent level as would be applied by UK or EEA Data Protection Laws e.g. we will put in place legal agreements with third parties and Standard Life Aberdeen affiliates with ongoing oversight to ensure they meet these obligations.

  • Where EEA Data Subject Personal Data originates from an EEA Data Exporter, the competent jurisdiction shall be the place of establishment of the firs t EEA Data Exporter.

Related to EEA Data

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Contractor Commercially Sensitive Information means the information listed in the Contractor Commercial Sensitive Information Annex to the Contract being information notified by the Contractor to the Authority which is acknowledged by the Authority as being commercially sensitive information.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Regulatory Information Service means a regulatory information service as defined in the Takeover Rules.

  • Sensitive Data means a category of personal data that includes:

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Government data means any information, document, media, or machine readable material regardless of physical form or characteristics, that is created or obtained by the Government in the course of official Government business.

  • Commercially Sensitive Information means the Information (i) listed in the Commercially Sensitive Information Schedule; or (ii) notified to the Authority in writing (prior to the commencement of this Contract) which has been clearly marked as Commercially Sensitive Information comprised of information:

  • Transaction Data is anonymized or aggregated data which has had all personally identifiable information removed.

  • Third-party filer means an entity that submits a Product filing to the Commission on behalf of an Insurer.

  • Data Safeguards means the highest industry-standard safeguards (including administrative, physical, technical, and procedural safeguards) against the destruction, loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, or alteration of the JBE Data or Confidential Information, and such other related safeguards that are set forth in Applicable Laws, a Statement of Work, or pursuant to JBE policies or procedures.

  • Information Regulator means the Information Regulator as established in terms of Section 39 of POPIA;

  • Technical data means recorded information, regardless of the form or method of the recording, of a scientific or technical nature (including computer software documentation). The term does not include computer software or data incidental to contract administration, such as financial and/or management information.
