Eligible Escrow Investments means such customary short-term liquid investments in which the Escrowed Property may be invested in accordance with the Escrow Agreement.

The Trustee hereby agrees with the Escrow Issuer, the Escrow Agent and the Company that neither the Company nor the Escrow Issuer shall give any entitlement orders, except to the extent provided in Sections 4(a) and 5(a) below.
