Energy policy. The City of Laramie seeks to integrate energy efficiency practices into all aspects of day-to-day operations, from capital construction to staff behaviors, to ensure economic and environmental sustainability. The City encourages bidder submissions that 1) enhance to efficiency of City projects and ongoing operations, and/or 2) consider all energy types, including traditional and renewable sources.

Energy policy. The company management defines the energy policy e.g. as part of an existing management system, or if this is not feasible, as a separate policy, maintains it and ensures that a) energy issues are included in company policy to the extent that is expedient taking into consideration the company operation, size and impacts b) the energy policy contains a commitment to continuous improvement of energy efficiency c) the company complies with legislation as well as commitments related to company energy production and usage d) company personnel are familiar with the company energy policy e) frameworks are created for monitoring energy usage and energy efficiency targets are defined.  the energy policy is public.
Energy policy. AUM shall provide the Resident with ten Euro (€ 10.00) worth of electrical value each month. In the event that the Resident uses the entire monthly electrical supply provided by AUM, the Resident must purchase an electrical card from AUM’s finance office. The finance office within AUM is exclusively responsible for the distribution of such energy cards. Furthermore, the Resident shall be responsible for refilling the cooking gas tanks, which cost shall be equally divided by all the residents of an apartment.

  • Harassment Policy It is the policy of CUPE as an Employer to ensure that the working environment is conducive to the performance of work and is such that employees are not hindered from carrying out their responsibilities. The Employer considers harassment in the work force to be a totally unacceptable form of intimidation and will not tolerate its occurrence. The Employer will ensure that victims of harassment are able to register complaints without reprisal. Harassment is a form of discrimination and includes personal harassment.   • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors.
