Enhanced Support Services definition

Enhanced Support Services means the optional purchase by Customer of 24/7 support subject to the payment of any required additional fees.

More Definitions of Enhanced Support Services

Enhanced Support Services means optional 24/7 Support Services, excluding LogRhythm holidays, subject to the payment of any required additional fees; for purposes of Enhanced Support Services, “Business Day” means 24/7 excluding LogRhythm holidays.

Related to Enhanced Support Services
