Standard Support Services definition

Standard Support Services means the standard support services provided by Darktrace as set out in the Darktrace Support Services Data Sheet;
Standard Support Services means the standard support services as indicated on the Order Form provided in accordance with the terms of Schedule 1.

More Definitions of Standard Support Services

Standard Support Services means Impartner’s support ticketing and response system for the Licensed Services’ standard product capabilities as further set forth in the service level agreement attached as Appendix B (the “Service Level Agreement”). Standard Support Services are included as part of the Subscription Fees at no additional cost to Customer.
