Collective Bargaining Agreement means any Contract that has been entered into with any labor organization, union, works council, employee representative or association.
Collective Bargaining Agreements shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.05.
Bargaining Unit means the unit of Employees as described on the Labour Relations Board Certificate.

Planning Agreement means an agreement, undertaking or obligation pursuant to the provisions of section 106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 or section 111 of the Local Government Act 1972, section 33 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 or an infrastructure agreement pursuant to section 38 or section 278 of the Highways Act 1980 or the section 104 of the Water Industry Act 1991;
bargaining agent means the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario.
Common Billing Agreement means an agreement between the Appointee and any other person under which that person has undertaken to pay, on terms agreed between them, charges for water supply or sewerage services, or both, in respect of two or more Houses which have a common Supply Pipe and which, in any case where that agreement relates to one of those services only, are also subject to a similar agreement for common billing between that person and the undertaker providing the other service;
Union means The Australian Workers' Union of Employees, Queensland.
Labor Agreement means any collective bargaining agreement or other Contract with any labor union, labor organization, or works council.
Labor peace agreement means an agreement between an entity and a
sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
Appropriate bargaining unit means the unit designated by the Employment Relations Board
Bargaining representative means a labor organization recognized by an employer or certified by the commission as the sole and exclusive bargaining representative of certain employees of the employer.
Member Agreement means collectively the Membership and Account Agreement and any other account information provided to you by us from time to time.
Wage Agreement means the National Bituminous Coal Wage Agreement of 1988, as amended from time to time and any successor agreement.
Network Operating Agreement means an executed agreement that contains the terms and conditions under which the Network Customer shall operate its facilities and the technical and operational matters associated with the implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
industrial agreement means an agreement registered by the Commission under this Act as an industrial agreement;
Group Member Agreement means the partnership agreement of any Group Member, other than the Partnership, that is a limited or general partnership, the limited liability company agreement of any Group Member that is a limited liability company, the certificate of incorporation and bylaws or similar organizational documents of any Group Member that is a corporation, the joint venture agreement or similar governing document of any Group Member that is a joint venture and the governing or organizational or similar documents of any other Group Member that is a Person other than a limited or general partnership, limited liability company, corporation or joint venture, as such may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.
Bargaining Unit Member or “employee” means a University employee who is included in the bargaining unit as defined in Article 2: “Recognition and Scope”.
Privatization contract or “contract” means an agreement or
Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;
