Supplemental modules may or may not integrate into traditional ERP systems. The total ERP solution also includes a procurement component. The procurement component is intended to include, in the broadest sense, all aspects of procurement including, without limitation, solicitations, evaluations, award of contracts, administration, management and monitoring of contracts and grants. The intent of this RFO is to establish master contracts to provide ERP products and services. Customers will be allowed to utilize the ERP products and services awarded in a master contract either individually or in any combination thereof through the execution of a Supplemental Agreement.
