ESOP Participant definition

ESOP Participant means a Participant subject to a Salary Reduction Agreement and to which the ESOP provisions of the Plan apply.

ESOP Participant means a Participant with respect to whom Excess ESOP Contributions are made during a Plan Year.

ESOP Participant means any Person who holds ESOP Share Options or any Cayman Holdco Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of ESOP Share Options, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit C.

Examples of ESOP Participant in a sentence

• That portion of the Plan under which Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Participant Accounts are invested in ONEOK, Inc.

• Any amounts remaining in a Participant’s Ottawa ESOP Participant Account are now reflected in his Prior Plan Employer Contribution Account.

• The Trustee, in each such case, shall purchase such fractional Share from the ESOP Participant at a price equal to the cash payment to be made to the ESOP Participant.

• The portion of a Participant’s Account attributable to his accrued benefit under Ottawa ESOP was previously accounted for under this Plan in an “Ottawa ESOP Participant Account” (which was attributable to his “Employee Stock Ownership Account” under the Ottawa ESOP).

• An ESOP Participant may make a withdrawal under this Appendix I(B)(6) once in any six-month period.

More Definitions of ESOP Participant

ESOP Participant means a Participant employed by an ESOP Employer. A Participant is an ESOP Participant during such time as (a) the requirements of the previous sentence are met, (b)such Participant’s Employer is an ESOP Employer, and (c) the collective bargaining agreement governing the terms of such Participant’s employment, if any, provides for such participation.Eversource Common Shares Fund” shall mean that portion of the Fund invested exclusively in the Eversource Common Shares Fund as provided for in Plan Section 9.1. The Eversource Common Shares Fund is invested primarily in Eversource Energy Common Stock, but also holds cash and cash equivalents to the extent necessary to accommodate daily plan transactions such as investment transfers and distributions.

ESOP Participant means an individual who is an Eligible Employee and a Participant on or before October 31, 2003; provided, however, that notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary, any individual who incurs a Break in Service and who becomes employed or re- employed by an Employer after October 31, 2003, shall not be an ESOP Participant.

ESOP Participant means any participant in, or beneficiary of a current or former participant in, the ESOP who has an ESOP account balance as of immediately prior to the Closing.

ESOP Participant means an ESOP Beneficiary or an ESOP Distributee.

ESOP Participant. ’ means a ‘’participant’’, as contemplated in the ESOP;

ESOP Participant means a Participant in the Plan who has any portion of his or her Accounts invested in the Stock Fund. For purposes of Section 10 and the ESOP, ESOP Participants include, as applicable, the Beneficiaries and Alternate Payees of those individuals designated as ESOP Participants in the preceding sentence.

ESOP Participant means any participant, former participant or beneficiary of a participant or former participant in The Employee Stock Ownership Plan, a portion of whose account balance in The Employee Stock Ownership Plan has been transferred to this Plan in a transaction described in ss.414(l) of the Code.
