ESOP Participant definition

ESOP Participant means a Participant with respect to whom Excess ESOP Contributions are made during a Plan Year.

ESOP Participant means a Participant subject to a Salary Reduction Agreement and to which the ESOP provisions of the Plan apply.

ESOP Participant means any Person who holds ESOP Share Options or any Cayman Holdco Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the exercise of ESOP Share Options, copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit C.

More Definitions of ESOP Participant

ESOP Participant means any participant in, or beneficiary of a current or former participant in, the ESOP who has an ESOP account balance as of immediately prior to the Closing.

ESOP Participant means an individual who is an Eligible Employee and a Participant on or before October 31, 2003; provided, however, that notwithstanding any provision of the Plan to the contrary, any individual who incurs a Break in Service and who becomes employed or re- employed by an Employer after October 31, 2003, shall not be an ESOP Participant.

The Eversource Common Shares Fund is invested primarily in Eversource Energy Common Stock, but also holds cash and cash equivalents to the extent necessary to accommodate daily plan transactions such as investment transfers and distributions.

ESOP Participant means a Participant in the Thrift Plan who has elected to invest some or all of his or her Employer Contributions in the Company Stock Fund.

ESOP Participant means a Participant in the Plan who has any portion of his or her Accounts invested in the Stock Fund. For purposes of Section 10 and the ESOP, ESOP Participants include, as applicable, the Beneficiaries and Alternate Payees of those individuals designated as ESOP Participants in the preceding sentence.
