Ethnic Minority Planning Framework definition

Ethnic Minority Planning Framework means the Framework, dated June 26, 2009, and referred to in paragraph 3 of Section I to the Schedule to the Project Agreement, which sets out: (i) policies and procedures to ensure meaningful consultation with, and the informed participation of, ethnic minority communities who are present in the Project area; and (ii) principles for the preparation of ethnic minorities development plan or plans, as may be required pursuant to the terms of said Framework, during the implementation of the Project, as said Framework may be revised from time to time with the prior concurrence of the Bank.
