Exploitation Plan definition

Exploitation Plan. A guideline document prepared by THE CONTRACTOR in accordance with Clauses 9 and 10 below, to implement the technical, efficient and economic Exploitation of each Exploitation Area and will contain, amongst other things, the calculation of Hydrocarbons reserves, a description of the Production facilities and the transport of Hydrocarbons, forecasts for the Production of Hydrocarbons in the short and medium term, a program for Abandonment and the Exploitation Work Programs for the rest of the current Calendar Year or the following Calendar Year.
Exploitation Plan means an exploitation plan as stated in section 19 of the Mineral Resources Act. An Exploitation Plan shall comprise all activities and matters related to exploitation of the Minerals stated in Article 4, including establishment, operation and use of the mine, processing plants, other plants, buildings, roads, pipelines, storage and transportation facilities and infrastructure etc. and exploitation activities, production methods, processing and sale etc.
Exploitation Plan a document containing the description and the physical-financial planning of all the exploratory activities to be carried out in the Area of the Contract during the Exploration Phase and should include, compulsorily, the Minimum Exploratory Program.

Examples of Exploitation Plan in a sentence

Exploitation Plan means the Recipient’s written plan to commercially exploit the Project IPR, a first draft of which shall be provided within 1 month of the Commencement Date and shall be revised as appropriate during the Project by the Recipient and agreed in writing by RSSB.

Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.

  • Licensed Varieties means the varieties listed in Schedule 2.

  • Collaborative pharmacy practice agreement means a written and signed

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Manufacturing Technology means any and all patents, patent applications, know-how, and all intellectual property rights associated therewith that are owned or controlled by Licensor, and including all tangible embodiments thereof, that are necessary or useful for the manufacture of adeno-associated viruses, adeno-associated virus vectors, research or commercial reagents related thereto, Licensed Products, or other products, including manufacturing processes, technical information relating to the methods of manufacture, protocols, standard operating procedures, batch records, assays, formulations, quality control data, specifications, scale up, any and all improvements, modifications, and changes thereto, and any and all activities associated with such manufacture. Any and all chemistry, manufacturing, and controls (CMC), drug master files (DMFs), or similar materials provided to regulatory authorities and the information contained therein are deemed Manufacturing Technology.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Competing Program has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.

  • Technology means all Software, content, websites, technical data, subroutines, tools, materials, invention disclosures, improvements, apparatus, creations, works of authorship and other similar materials, and all recordings, graphs, drawings, reports, analyses, documentation, user manuals and other writings, and other tangible embodiments of the foregoing, in any form whether or not specifically listed herein.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].
