Facility Maintenance Services . : means services related to activities normally associated with the maintenance of a facility and keeping spaces, structures and infrastructure in proper operating condition in a routine, scheduled, or anticipated fashion to prevent failure and/or degradation including inspection, testing, servicing, classification as to serviceability, repairs, rebuilding and reclamation, as well as cleaning, waste removal, snow removal, lawn care, replacement of flooring, lighting or plumbing fixtures, painting and other minor works.
