Suspension Policy. The Recreations Centers Staff, with the authorization of the Director, reserves the right to suspend or cancel a User’s Activities and facility usage without refund because of fighting; unseemly conduct; health violations (spitting, smoking, etc.); abuse of staff or property; any behavior conflicting with the rules, policies, and regulations of the District. Any such violation, suspension, or cancelation shall be governed by the Recreation Centers Behavior Policy and Visitor Code as amended from time to time.
Suspension Policy. 1. When a student is suspended from an ISD school, for any reason, the student will not be permitted to attend dual enrollment classes on LSCO’s campus for the dates indicated in the suspension.
2. The school Principal will notify the Dual Credit Department of the suspension. The suspended student will be subject to any penalties noted in the syllabi of the LSCO courses in which he/she is registered.
Suspension Policy. A. Teacher Suspension
1. Pending a dismissal hearing pursuant to Section 24-12 of the School Code, the Board may suspend a teacher in accordance with Section 24-12; but, if acquitted, such teacher shall not suffer the loss of any salary by reason of the suspension.
2. If no dismissal is then pending, a teacher may be suspended by the Board without pay only after the teacher has received written notice of the reasons for the proposed suspension and an opportunity to be heard on the matter by the Board. Suspension shall be for just cause. The teacher retains all due process rights.
3. Unless charges of dismissal are approved by the Board, a discipline suspension shall not exceed ten (10) school days, only seven (7) of which may be unpaid.
4. In an emergency situation where the continued presence of the teacher on the job is detrimental to the educational process, the Superintendent may suspend a teacher for up to five (5) days provided that the teacher shall suffer no loss of pay if, upon hearing by the Board, the suspension is set aside. Otherwise, the Board may sustain the suspension or take such further action as may be appropriate.
Suspension Policy. 5.1 Fulcrum Fitness allows one non-medical (travel, vacation, etc) suspension per twelve month contract period. The suspension duration may be up to one month. Non-medical suspensions require a 30 day notification through email to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Fulcrum Fitness is dedicated to ensuring we create a fitness lifestyle. As an alternative to account suspension, Fulcrum Fitness has TRX trainers available for check out and traveling workout protocols in place to allow members to continue their pursuit of fitness under any circumstance.
5.2 Fulcrum allows medical suspensions in the event of an injury or illness that prevents a member from working out safely. Members may suspend multiple times during the course of their membership for medical reasons, and may suspend for any length of time. The length of the suspension period will be added to the end of the members contract. Written notice from the member’s licensed health care provider will be required
5.3 Members with a severe injury or pregnancy are allowed to terminate their membership without buying out the remainder of their agreement. Written notice from the member’s licensed health care provider will be required. The member will also be allowed to return at the price point they were at upon termination. The member will agree to a new 12 or 6 month agreement to secure this price point upon returning.
Suspension Policy. Suspended students are allowed to make up assignments/assessments they miss during the suspension, for up to 100% credit, as long as they are turned in by the due date. Otherwise, late work penalties will apply. Students/parents may obtain assignments through Powerschool, by emailing teachers or with the help of office staff. Students who are suspended out of school may not be on school grounds before school, after school, during lunch or passing periods or for an extra-curricular event while suspended. If they need to pick something up from the office or their lockers, they may do so during a class period or after 4:30pm if accompanied by a parent. Students who are suspended may not participate in any extracurricular activities during the suspension.
Suspension Policy. The Principal may temporarily suspend any pupil for disciplinary reasons. Procedure used for suspension will conform to the minimal requirements of due process.
Suspension Policy. XxxxxxXxxxx.xxx reserves, in its sole discretion, the right to suspend Vendor’s access to the Site for any reason, including but not limited to: (i) XxxxxxXxxxx.xxx’s determination that there was a breach of the terms, conditions, policies, or guidelines provided in this Agreement or on the Site; or (b) Vendor’s use of the Site and/or any services poses a security risk to XxxxxxXxxxx.xxx, its Users, its systems, its customers, or any third party; or (c) Vendor is using the Site for fraudulent or illegal activities; or (d) XxxxxxXxxxx.xxx’s provision of any aspect of its services to Vendor is prohibited by law; or (e) any legal matters involving Vendor. Vendor’s access to XxxxxxXxxxx.xxx’s mobile application is limited and only valid for the duration of Vendor’s active account with XxxxxxXxxxx.xxx. Any services provided by XxxxxxXxxxx.xxx will be de-listed and access to the Site may be terminated by XxxxxxXxxxx.xxx once this Agreement is breached, canceled, or terminated.
