Facility Output definition

Facility Output means all electric energy, produced by the Facility, less station service (parasitic power and electrical losses), if any, all as measured at the Facility Meter.

Facility Output means Facility Energy, Capacity Rights, Environmental Attributes, Ancillary Services and/or any other related products of value to Buyer or any other entity that are generated or produced by the Facility.

Related to Facility Output

  • Maximum Facility Output means the maximum (not nominal) net electrical power output in megawatts, specified in the Interconnection Service Agreement, after supply of any parasitic or host facility loads, that a Generation Interconnection Customer’s Customer Facility is expected to produce, provided that the specified Maximum Facility Output shall not exceed the output of the proposed Customer Facility that Transmission Provider utilized in the System Impact Study.

  • L/C Facility means the letter of credit facility established pursuant to Article III.

  • Facility or Facilities means any tangible asset in the right-of-way required to provide utility service.

  • Facility A means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (a) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

  • Facility Exposure means, at any date of determination, the sum of the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Advances and the Available Amount under all outstanding Letters of Credit.

  • Facility Production Limit means the production limit placed on the main product(s) or raw materials used by the Facility that represents the design capacity of the Facility and assists in the definition of the operations approved by the Director.

If the Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class have terminated or expired, the Revolving Facility Percentages of such Class shall be determined based upon the Revolving Facility Commitments of such Class most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments pursuant to Section 9.04.

  • Revolving Facility Credit Exposure means, at any time, the sum of (a) the aggregate principal amount of the Revolving Facility Loans outstanding at such time, (b) the Swingline Exposure at such time and (c) any Revolving L/C Exposure at such time. The Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of any Lender at any time shall be the product of (x) such Lender’s Revolving Facility Percentage and (y) the aggregate Revolving Facility Credit Exposure of all Lenders, collectively, at such time.

  • Holding facility means a designated area for the retention of
