Factoring Documents definition

Factoring Documents means, collectively, this Agreement and any other agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents entered into in connection with this Agreement, including collateral documents, letter of credit agreements, riders covering inventory or other loans, security agreements, pledges, guaranties, mortgages, deeds of trust, assignments and subordination agreements, and any other agreement executed by Client, any guarantor or any affiliate of Client or any guarantor pursuant hereto or in connection herewith.
Factoring Documents means, collectively, all of the agreements, documents and instruments related to the sale by a Borrower or Guarantor of Specified Factored Accounts in accordance with Section 8.2.7(vi) [Disposition of Assets or Subsidiaries].
Factoring Documents means (i) the Factoring Agreement and (ii) the Intercreditor Agreement, including any amendment agreements and supplemental and/or other related agreements and/or documents to the agreements herebefore.

  • The Factor shall have the right to grant participations in the Guaranteed Liabilities to others at any time and from time to time, and the Factor may divulge to any such participant or potential participant all information, reports, financial statements, and documents obtained in connection with this Guaranty, any of the Factoring Documents, or otherwise.

More Definitions of Factoring Documents

Factoring Documents means this Agreement, together with any documents, instruments and agreements, executed and/or delivered in connection herewith, as the same now exist or may hereafter be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.
