Final Construction Completion. Final Project Completion" or "Mechanical Completion" (as such terms are defined in the Construction Contracts) under the Construction Contracts relating to an Initial Project or a Funded Subsequent Project or declare that the "Acceptance Date" has occurred or approve the successful completion of the "Acceptance Tests" relating to an Initial Project or a Funded Subsequent Project (as such terms are defined in the Construction Contracts) without the written approval of Administrative Agent acting in consultation with the Independent Engineer, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
