Final Construction Completion. Final Project Completion" or "Mechanical Completion" (as such terms are defined in the Construction Contracts) under the Construction Contracts relating to a Funded Project or declare that the "Acceptance Date" has occurred or approve the successful completion of the "Acceptance Tests" relating to a Funded Project (as such terms are defined in the Construction Contracts) without the written approval of Administrative Agent acting in consultation with the Independent Engineer, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Final Construction Completion means a level of Work completion wherein all the contractual obligations of the contractor have been fully met.
