Financing Parties Representative definition

Financing Parties Representative means the Person or Persons that from time to time represent the Financing Parties as agent, trustee, secured party, security trustee, or in another similar capacity, the identity of which Lessor from time to time notifies Lessee as being a Financing Parties Representative;
Financing Parties Representative means any one or more Financing Parties from time to time notified to Lessee as being the Financing Parties’ Representative.

Financing Parties Representative means any lender under the Financing Documents, if any, and its successors or assigns.
