Fix Time definition

Fix Time means maximum amount of time to be taken by the Supplier to provide the fault correction as set out in the relevant Order;
Fix Time means the interval of time, in days, allowed for Supplier to provide a fix or work-around to a non-compliance MR or Trouble Ticket. FTP means File Transfer Protocol and refers to a standard protocol which supports both connection-less as well as connection-oriented file transfer sessions between remote computers. ISV means Inter-System Verification and refers to tests, conducted by Supplier, which verify that the Platform, Platform Feature(s) and Service Feature(s) developed by Supplier meet the interfaces to Company's network elements, operations support systems and service support systems as specified in Company's Specifications. Fix Time means: (a) for four (4) hour service, the time elapsing during the Service Hours between BANCTEC receiving notification from DMLP that a Customer requires Services and the resultant Fix and (b) for next business day service, the time elapsing during the Service Hours between the time the required Spare Part(s) is available for pickup by BANCTEC in the Location and the resultant Fix.

  • Real-time means the actual time during which a process or event occurs.

  • Central Clock Time or "CCT" means Central Daylight Time when Daylight Savings Time is in effect and Central Standard Time when Daylight Savings Time is not in effect.

  • Scheme Record Time means the time and date specified as such in the Scheme Document, expected to be 6.00 p.m. on the Business Day immediately preceding the Effective Date or such other time as Codemasters and Take-Two may agree;

  • Service Down Time (SDT) means the time period when specified services with specified technical and operational requirements as mentioned in section titled “WARRANTY SUPPORT”” are not available to Gov. of W. Bengal and its user departments and organizations.

  • Valuation Time means the close of business in the city of the Valuation Agent on the Local Business Day before the Valuation Date or date of calculation, as applicable, provided that the calculations of Value and Exposure will be made as of approximately the same time on the same date.

  • Expiration Time has the meaning set forth in Section 3.

  • Part-time means regularly working less than the number of full time hours set by the Employer as a regular work day for Employees in an Eligible Class of Employees in the Policy.

  • Disclosure Time means, (i) if this Agreement is signed on a day that is not a Trading Day or after 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) and before midnight (New York City time) on any Trading Day, 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the Trading Day immediately following the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent, and (ii) if this Agreement is signed between midnight (New York City time) and 9:00 a.m. (New York City time) on any Trading Day, no later than 9:01 a.m. (New York City time) on the date hereof, unless otherwise instructed as to an earlier time by the Placement Agent.

  • Notification Time means 11:00 a.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.
