Fix Time definition

Fix Time means maximum amount of time to be taken by the Supplier to provide the fault correction as set out in the relevant Order;
Fix Time means the applicable fix times as set out in the Service Description, if any
Fix Time the applicable fix times as set out in the SLA.

Fix Time means the time calculated from the time that a fault is reported to the Helpdesk to the time that SolutionLabs supplies a Fix or Work Around to the CLIENT’s satisfaction;

  • Up time means the time period when specified services with specified technical and service standards are available to user(s)

  • Notification Time means 11:00 a.m., New York time, on a Local Business Day.
