Fix time. The latest point in time after an Incident has been reported at which there is a proof the service in question has been restored to function. Temporary, alternative or supplementary solution (further only “alternative”) which ensures the operational functionality of the service in question in the agreed upon level of quality is accepted as the service being restored to function.

Fix time. VENDOR shall use reasonable commercial efforts to provide a Fixes or workarounds as follows: Defect Severity Request received during Service Hours Request received outside Service Hours Severity 1 Defect within 48 hours of being notified by ICERS of the Defect. within 48 hours of being notified by ICERS of the Defect. Severity 2 Defect within 96 hours of being notified by ICERS of the Defect. within 120 hours of being notified by ICERS of the Defect. Where VENDOR has applied a temporary workaround, the Defect will not be removed from VENDOR’s Defect log until it receives an acknowledgement from ICERS that a permanent Fix resolving the Defect has been provided.
